Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders with international shipping addresses will not be processed.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method

All orders ship via USPS with tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier operations, and seasonal demand. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active after your shipment confirmation email.

Shipping Cost

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order. Any applicable promotions or discounts will be displayed during checkout.

Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or peak shipping periods. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to support you through any delay.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are unable to reroute orders once they have been fulfilled, and are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly at checkout.

Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please first check with neighbors and your local USPS facility. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at support@grateful-lotus.com and we will help investigate.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
