Due to the personal and hygienic nature of ceramic drinkware, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge. In cases where a replacement is not possible, we will issue a gift card for the full item value, redeemable on your next order at grateful-lotus.com.

Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will ship the correct item immediately.

Cancellations
