Grateful Lotus offers mindful trilingual mugs designed for daily rituals, meaningful gifting, and intentional living. Each design includes Sanskrit, Hindi, and English text inspired by timeless values such as peace, unity, compassion, and inner strength.
What size are the mugs?
Our mugs are 15 oz ceramic mugs, suitable for coffee, tea, and everyday mindful breaks.
Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes. Grateful Lotus mugs are designed for dishwasher-safe everyday use.
Are the mugs microwave safe?
Yes. The mugs are microwave safe for normal everyday use.
What is Orca coating?
Orca coating is a premium mug coating used for sublimation printing. It helps support a durable, fade-resistant finish with clear artwork and lasting vibrancy.

What does “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” mean?
Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam means “The world is one family.” It reflects unity, shared humanity, and connection beyond boundaries.
What does “Sarve Bhavantu Sukhin” mean?
Sarve Bhavantu Sukhin means “May all be happy.” It is a blessing for well-being, peace, and goodwill for all.
What does “Shubham Bhavatu” mean?
Shubham Bhavatu means “May it be auspicious.” It expresses a wish for goodness, positivity, and favorable beginnings.

Ordering & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time, Grateful Lotus ships only within the United States.
How are orders shipped?
Orders are processed and shipped with care using tracked delivery.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Returns, Refunds & Damage Issues
What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene and quality standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or ordering mistakes.
What if my mug arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review and assist.
Can I cancel or change an order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has entered processing or shipping, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
